The Fox Theater is one of the grand movie palaces built in the United States in the 1920s. The theater’s unique origin and Moorish design sets it apart from others of the era including those bearing the Fox Theater name in other cities. It currently hosts a variety of cultural and artistic events including the Atlanta Ballet, a summer film series, and performances by national touring companies of Broadway shows.
The FOX is on peachtree st about a block north of the bank of america tower. Coming from Lenox you can take peachtree all the way and it will be on your right. You can’t miss it. It has a big bright sign outside. An alternative route would be I-75/I-85 south to North Ave. Make a left on North Ave. go about 3 blocks to Peachtree and hang a left. It will be on the left.
